V.I.CLUB is a recreation and entertainment club of the World Ocean Alliance system. The development of the club began in Thailand in 2001 with a recreation center and a diving center in Phuket, the construction of speed boats for DRAGON GAMES and the entertainment island of Naga Noi.

In 2003, the club video studio received the status of a television studio. V.I.TELEVISION started its development as a TV channel in 2004, and in 2013 acquired the Latvian TV channel Evolution Television. The club, as before, is engaged in the development of leisure and entertainment for VIP-persons. And today, for the business of its clients, the club helps in advertising and marketing, using its media platforms and mass advertising mechanisms.
